Dress Code

For our wedding, we're embracing the elegance of Black Tie Optional—a dress code that offers a touch of flexibility while maintaining an air of sophistication. Whether you choose to wear a classic tuxedo or opt for a stylish dark suit or evening dress, this guide will help you make the perfect choice. You’ll arrive looking fantastic, ready to celebrate, and of course, shine in the photos.

Black Tie Optional
Black Tie Optional is a dress code that maintains the elegance and formality of a black-tie event while offering guests the flexibility to choose a less formal—but still polished—ensemble.
Ladies
Ladies can wear a floor-length gown, a sophisticated cocktail dress, or a chic pantsuit. Accessories should be tasteful, and the ensemble should exude elegance and confidence.
Gentlemen
Gentlemen have the option of wearing a tuxedo for a classic look or a dark suit paired with a tie or bow tie. Polished black leather shoes and a well-fitted jacket complete the outfit, ensuring a sharp and stylish appearance.
Colours
Please note that this color guidance applies specifically to the dresses for ladies, not to tuxedos or suits.

We’d be thrilled if ladies, could dress in blue and beige (gold) to match the elegant theme of our wedding (check out the Pinterest board we’ve linked—it’s full of ideas to help you shine!). Feel free to incorporate these colors in any way that suits your personal style, but above all, wear something that makes you feel your best.

Additionally, the following colours should not be worn, as they are not suitable for the occasion.

  • red (aggressive, attention-grabbing),
  • black (mourning or funerals),
  • and white (reserved for the bride).
